Prizes up to $2,500 may be claimed at a Pennsylvania Lottery retailer. Any prize over $2,500 can only be paid by the Pennsylvania Lottery.
All prizes over $600 should be claimed by mail: complete and sign the back of the ticket, fill out the Prize Claim Form, and include a copy of a valid photo ID.
All documents need to be mailed via certified mail to the Pennsylvania Lottery. Keep a copy of all documents for your records.

Here’s the normal process for claiming prizes in Pennsylvania.
Checks will arrive within four to six weeks (from the moment the claim is received and validated), but many arrive sooner. Some claims submitted in December cannot be processed until January.
