Prizes of $501,000 or Over

Prizes of $501,000 or larger must be claimed in person at the Madison Lottery Office. Call the Lottery beforehand to schedule a visit.

It normally takes around three business days to process the claim (from the moment the claim is received), but please allow at least two weeks to make sure the claim is received. All prizes must be claimed within one year of the drawing date.

Only an original ticket can be paid and validated. Sign your tickets immediately upon purchase.
