Double the celebration is in order for Yoke's Fresh Market in Spokane Valley!

Not only did they recently clink glasses for their 22nd anniversary, but they also served up a winning streak of lottery wins for their customers, making dreams come true in a matter of days.

The first stroke of luck struck on April 17th. J.H. from Newman Lake walked into Yoke's Fresh Market, likely just looking for groceries, but ended up walking out with a life-changing lottery ticket. The lucky ticket they purchased at the store was the sole winner of a staggering $4.6 million Lotto jackpot!

Yoke's Fresh Market wasn't left out of the celebration either, receiving a $46,000 retailer selling bonus – a perfect way to commemorate their anniversary and the lucky customer's win.

But the winning wasn't over. Just a week later, Yoke's Fresh Market became a veritable lucky charm once again. They sold two more winning tickets that delivered six-figure prizes to their customers. One lucky player snagged a $165,000 win, which was the jackpot for the Hit 5 game at the time.

Another customer, M.L., purchased a Powerball ticket and decided to add the Power Play option.

This turned out to be a brilliant decision. The multiplier landed on 4, transforming their original $50,000 win into a life-altering $200,000 windfall. M.L.'s story gets even better – they plan to use some of the winnings to help their granddaughter graduate college. Now, that's a win-win for everyone!

Playing for a chance to win

Lotto, the game that started the winning streak at Yoke's Fresh Market, is a Washington Lottery favorite. Tickets are $1 for two plays, making it an affordable way to try your luck.

Players choose two sets of six numbers between 1 and 49. Feeling indecisive? Opt for the Quick Pick option and let the computer choose your numbers for you. The more numbers you match on the drawn balls, the bigger the win!

Lotto tickets are available for purchase at any Washington Lottery retail location throughout the state, including of course, Yoke's Fresh Market.

Washington Lottery: More than just big wins

While the big wins at Yoke's Fresh Market are certainly exciting, the Washington Lottery does more than just create instant millionaires. Since 1982, the Lottery has generated over $5.3 billion to support important state programs, including the Washington Opportunity Pathways Account (WOPA). WOPA funds programs like the Washington College Grant, which has provided financial aid to countless students across the state. Just last year alone, WOPA helped more than 29,000 college students and apprentices achieve their educational goals.
