Christine Miles of Indiana thought something was wrong with the Michigan Lottery website when she hit a $100,000 prize while playing the Michigan Lottery's Big Crush Multiplier instant-win game online.

In an interview with the Michigan Lottery, the 54-year-old said, “My husband and I have a cottage in Michigan, so I play Michigan Lottery games online whenever we are there. I was playing Big Crush Multiplier and was up $1,000. My husband told me I should cash out, but I played a few more spins.”

Her tenacity paid off in the end when she hit a big prize.

When the prize amount of $100,000 came up on the screen, I didn't believe it and thought something was wrong with the Lottery site. I logged out of my account and then logged back in thinking the prize would be gone, but my balance still showed $100,000. Shortly after, I got an email from the Lottery about claiming my prize, and that's when I knew it was real!

Christine visited the Michigan Lottery headquarters to claim her prize. She plans to save her winnings for her retirement.

“I now know things like this really do happen to the average person like me, and it is truly unbelievable,” she said.

How to play the Michigan Lottery's Big Crush Multiplier instant-win game

This is an online instant-win game. You can purchase a ticket for $1, $2, $5, $10, and $20. To play, press the + or – button to select how much you want to pay for your ticket. Then, press the play button to make your purchase. Once you have purchased your ticket, a set of 20 new symbols will appear in the play grid, automatically revealing the status of your game. If you unlock the Bonus Game, you can select doors until three matching prize amounts or top prize symbols appear.

How to win

You win a prize by revealing three or more matching symbols on the same side. The amount you win will be based on the number and type of symbol you match. If you reveal a multiplier symbol, you can multiply the amount on your winning cluster by the amount shown on the multiplier symbol. If you reveal more than one multiplier symbol on the same screen, their values are added together. If you reveal three bonus symbols, you can play a Bonus Game and try to reveal three matching prize amounts to win that amount.

Enjoy playing the Michigan Lottery's Big Crush Multiplier instant-win game and remember to play responsibly.
