Google search is more complex than ever. AI summaries crowd the top of the results. Unknown sites surface where trusted ones used to be. You search for lottery results and wade through unreliable content to find what you need.

There is a fix, and it takes less than a minute.

Google recently launched a feature called Preferred Sources. It lets you choose the sites you want to see more of in your search results. Once you select a source, Google prioritizes its content in the Top Stories section. You may also get a dedicated "From your sources" section right on the search results page.

So why does this matter for Lottery USA news readers? Because when you search for winning numbers, draw results, or jackpot updates, Preferred Sources will help you put Lottery USA at the front of the line.

Here's how to set it up.

How to add Lottery USA as a Preferred Source

Google Preferred Sources step 1

The easiest way to do this is to click the “Add as a preferred source on Google” button displayed at the start of every Lottery USA article.

You can also open Google and search for any lottery-related topic (think: Powerball numbers, Mega Millions results, or your state lottery). Look for the icon to the right of the "Top Stories" header (highlighted in the image above) and click it. From there, search for Lottery USA and select it. Refresh your results. That's it.

Finally, you can also use this direct link to simplify the process. Tick the box on the right, and you are done.

Google Preferred Sources step 2You can add as many sources as you like. Google's own data shows that more than half of early users selected four or more. Your choices are saved and can be updated at any time.

What changes after you do this?

Lottery USA content will appear more prominently whenever you search for topics we cover. You won't lose access to other sources. Google will still pull from across the web. But when Lottery USA has fresh, relevant content matching your search, it rises to the top.

This is especially useful for time-sensitive searches. Lottery results go live within minutes of each draw. Preferred Sources helps ensure you're seeing that information from a site you trust, not one you've never heard of.

Why it matters

Google's algorithm changes frequently. Sometimes these changes can bury reliable sources and surface low-quality ones. Preferred Sources puts the control back in your hands. You decide who earns your attention.

Add Lottery USA today. Search smarter tomorrow.
