Someone's having a fantastic week! A lucky New Jersey Lottery player just won $80,950 playing Quick Draw Progressive. That's 20% of the current jackpot.

The winning ticket was purchased at Boulevard Bar & Grill on Mola Blvd. in Elmwood Park, Bergen County. This is the second big win for Quick Draw Progressive since it launched in March. The first jackpot win was $15,686.

How does Quick Draw Progressive work?

Every Quick Draw Progressive ticket has a set of nine Your Jackpot Numbers printed on the bottom. These numbers are randomly chosen. Here is the exciting part: If all nine of your numbers match the numbers drawn in any Quick Draw drawing your ticket is in, you win a portion of the Progressive Jackpot.

The more you wager per draw, the bigger the portion of the jackpot you can win. A $1 wager wins 10%, while a $10 wager wins the whole thing.

Quick Draw Progressive: Big wins, fast games

With drawings every four minutes, Quick Draw Progressive gives you many chances to win throughout the day. Plus, you can win up to $100,000 with just a $1 play.

Want to boost your odds? Try these add-ons:

  • Bullseye and Double Bullseye: Add these for more chances to win and bigger prizes.
  • Multiplier: This can multiply your base game prize by up to 10X!

Feeling overwhelmed with all the choices? No problem! Ask your retailer for an E-Z Play. This lets the Lottery computer pick your numbers for you. You can choose a $1, $5, or $10 E-Z Play option.

How to play Quick Draw Progressive:

  1. Choose how many numbers (spots) you want to play (up to 10).
  2. Pick your numbers or ask for a Quick Pick.
  3. Decide how much you want to wager per draw.
  4. Choose how many draws you want to play (up to 20 consecutive).
  5. Select any add-ons you want (Multiplier, Bullseye, Double Bullseye).
  6. Double-check your ticket and hand it to the retailer.

Remember to take care of your ticket! A damaged barcode means a no-go on claiming your prize.

Where tickets make a difference

The New Jersey Lottery is a major source of funding for the state, generating over $1 billion for the fifth year straight!

Here's how a ticket contributes:

  • Stronger Pensions: Lottery funds help bolster the state pension fund, supporting the retirement of teachers, police, firefighters, and other public employees.
  • Investing in Jersey: Over $32 billion has been contributed to the state overall.

50 years of making dreams come true

The New Jersey Lottery has been creating millionaires and fulfilling dreams since 1970. Winning big is exciting, but some winners prefer privacy. In New Jersey, you can choose to remain anonymous to the public while still claiming your prize. Just remember, you'll need to provide proper identification for official records.

Enjoy the New Jersey Lottery, and please play responsibly.
