Arkansas lottery players, get ready!

The in-state LOTTO jackpot has reached $2.631 million, the highest amount since the game launched in September 2022.

Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Executive Director Sharon Strong said:

It's exciting to watch our in-state jackpots grow to new heights. Not only could an Arkansas lottery player win a life-changing prize, but the ticket sales also help fund student scholarships.

Lucky Camden resident wins with LOTTO

Adding to the excitement of the soaring LOTTO jackpot, a Camden resident recently struck it lucky with the game! Redginal M. snagged a $25,000 prize in the June 1st drawing by matching five numbers and the bonus number.

This win proves that persistence pays off, as Redginal is a regular lottery player who favors in-state games and consistently plays the same numbers from a past Quick Pick ticket. He discovered his win through the Jackpocket app and, while he remained calm, his wife's excitement was undeniable.

LOTTO: Your chance to win big

LOTTO drawings are held twice a week, Wednesdays and Saturdays, at 9 p.m. CT. Ticket sales cut off at 8.59 p.m. CT.

To win the jackpot, you need to match all six winning numbers drawn (in any order). The good news? There are additional prizes for matching fewer numbers, with or without the bonus number.

Here's the breakdown:

  • Starting jackpot: $250,000 (and keeps growing until someone wins!)
  • Only played and won in Arkansas
  • Pick 6 numbers from 1 to 40
  • Match 6 numbers to win the jackpot
  • Match 5 numbers + Bonus number to win $25,000
  • Tickets are only $2 Each

Playing LOTTO is easy

Head to a lottery retailer and grab a playslip. Here's what to do:

  • Pick your numbers: Choose six unique numbers between 1 and 40. Mark them clearly on the playslip.
  • Feeling lucky? Opt for a "Quick Pick" and let the system generate random numbers for you.
  • Double-check your selection. Make sure your numbers are correct before you pay.

The Bonus Number is an additional number drawn after the first six. It gives players who match fewer than six main numbers a shot at even bigger prizes. For instance, matching five main numbers without the Bonus Number wins you $1,500, but matching five plus the Bonus Number jumps your prize to a whopping $25,000! The Bonus Number also creates a new prize tier for matching two main numbers plus the Bonus Number (a cool $3 win).

The winning numbers, including the Bonus Number, are displayed after each drawing on our Arkansas Lottery page and on the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery website.

The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery

Since the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery (AS) launched in 2009, it has raised over $1.4 billion for scholarships that benefit Arkansas students. That's more than 770,000 scholarships awarded.
