Somewhere in Louisiana, a Powerball ticket worth six figures is hiding in plain sight. It could be stuffed in a wallet, tucked in a junk drawer, or forgotten in the pocket of last summer's jeans. Wherever it is, the clock is ticking, and the mystery winner has just months left to claim their fortune.

Powerball winning ticket remains unclaimed

If you happened to buy a Powerball ticket in Terrytown, Louisiana, you may want to pay attention to this one. A ticket that was purchased at Mike Express, located at 2138 Stumpf Boulevard in Terrytown, won $150,000, but no one has come forward to claim it.

The winning ticket was for the July 23, 2025, Powerball drawing. The winning white ball numbers for that draw were 2, 18, 19, 25, and 35, and the Powerball number was 25. The Power Play was 3X.

This winning ticket matched four of the five white balls and the Powerball to win $50,000. However, they added on the Power Play option for $1 more, so their win was tripled because of the 3X to $150,000.

According to the Louisiana Lottery, players have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their ticket at the state lottery headquarters in Baton Rouge. That means this ticket will expire on January 19, 2026.
