Here's the process for claiming Pennsylvania Lottery prizes.
Prizes from online subscriptions will be automatically credited to your Pennsylvania Lottery account. Winnings over $600 will take longer to be credited as they need to undergo more thorough checks.
Powerball and Mega Millions jackpots, Cash4Life annuity top or second-level prizes, and annuity prizes for scratch-off games must be claimed in person.
Winnings in your Pennsylvania Lottery account can be withdrawn using ACH/eCheck, PayPal, or Play+.
To claim a prize by mail, send the signed winning ticket to:

About the Pennsylvania Lottery
The Pennsylvania State Lottery was established in 1971, with tickets going on sale in 1972. Pennsylvania offers various game formats, including daily draw games and jackpot games. The state also participates in major multi-state lotteries.
What distinguishes the Pennsylvania Lottery from all other state lotteries is its unique dedication of proceeds. Pennsylvania is the only state lottery that designates all its profits exclusively to programs benefiting older residents.
The lottery has contributed substantially to programs that serve senior citizens throughout the state, including prescription assistance, senior centers and meal programs, care services, property tax relief, and other initiatives that enhance quality of life for older Pennsylvanians. This singular focus has made the Lottery a critical funding source for the state's aging population.
