Get ready for exciting, fast-paced gameplay with the Michigan Lottery's brand-new Cash Pop game.

Launching April 14th, Cash Pop offers players the chance to win prizes ranging from $5 up to $5,000 – and with drawings every 14 minutes, that's four opportunities to win every single hour.

How to play Cash Pop

Playing Cash Pop is simple. Head to any Michigan Lottery retailer or a self-serve machine and grab a playslip. Here's what you do next:

  1. Pick your numbers: Cash Pop features numbers from 1 to 15. You can select just one number or go big and pick up to all 15 for a guaranteed win (but remember, the more numbers you choose, the more it costs to play).
  2. Up the wager, up the prize: Decide how much you want to wager per number – options are $1, $2, $5, or $10. The higher your wager, the bigger the potential prize you can win. The prize amount will be displayed right on your ticket.
  3. Drawings and duration: Choose how many consecutive draws you want to play, with a maximum of 15. You'll get a separate ticket for each draw.

Winning with Cash Pop

It's easy to win with Cash Pop. Match your chosen number(s) to the number drawn during the drawing. Match just one number, and you win the prize amount shown for that number on your ticket.

Watch your wins unfold

Drawings happen every 14 minutes, and you can watch them at any Michigan Lottery retailer. You can also enter your draw number on the Michigan Lottery website or the mobile app to see your results.

More than just a game

While the thrill of winning big is certainly part of the appeal, the Michigan Lottery operates with a higher purpose in mind. They are committed to a three-pronged mission:

  • Maximizing education funds: Their primary goal is to generate revenue for public education in Michigan. They achieve this by maximizing net revenues from ticket sales and contributing them to the School Aid Fund. This fund directly supports K-12 schools across the state.
  • Fun and responsible gaming: They believe that lottery games should be a fun and entertaining way to raise money for education. They strive to offer a variety of games that are enjoyable to play while promoting responsible gaming practices.
  • Transparency and integrity: Maintaining the highest ethical standards is paramount. They ensure all games and operations are conducted with complete integrity, fostering public trust in the Lottery.

By playing the Michigan Lottery, you're not just playing for a chance to win; you're contributing to a brighter future for Michigan's students. Since 1972, over $28 billion has been raised for Michigan schools! In the last fiscal year alone, the Lottery contributed more than $1.3 billion to the state's School Aid Fund.
