Muckleshoot Casino Resort in Auburn, Washington, is celebrating a momentous occasion! On June 22, 2024, the casino retailer sold the winning ticket for a $1.3 million Lotto jackpot.

While the lucky winner has yet to claim their prize, the casino itself isn't leaving empty-handed. It has received a $13,000 retailer selling bonus from Washington's Lottery. This is on top of two other large Lotto prizes the casino paid out earlier this month – two $1,000 second-tier prizes.

Robert Dearstine, Executive Director of Marketing at Muckleshoot Casino Resort, said:

When we learned that we had sold the winning ticket and were receiving a bonus, we were absolutely thrilled. We’re already planning on how we're going to celebrate as a team. We're even more excited for the lucky player who will be taking home this sizable win. It's such a special moment that can change someone's life for the better.

Check your tickets!

Washington Lottery is urging players to check their tickets carefully. The $1.3 million jackpot remains unclaimed, and the prize will expire on December 19, 2024. Winners have until 5 p.m. PT on that date to claim their prize at a regional Washington Lottery office.

The winning numbers for the June 22nd drawing were 11-18-26-33-38-46. Did you match them?

Lotto: How to play

Lotto is a Washington state lottery game with tickets costing $1 for two plays. Players choose two sets of six numbers from 1 to 49. Alternatively, you can opt for Quick Pick and let the computer choose your numbers. The more numbers you match, the bigger your prize. Tickets can be purchased at any Washington Lottery retailer across the state.

Supporting Washington

Since 1982, the Washington Lottery has generated over $5.3 billion for important state programs. This includes significant funding for the Washington Opportunity Pathways Account (WOPA), which supports higher education initiatives.

In the 2023 fiscal year, WOPA received nearly $200 million from the Lottery. This helped fund the Washington College Grant program, which provided financial aid to over 29,000 college students and apprentices last year. Additionally, millions were allocated to the College Bound program, assisting students in pursuing higher education.

The Washington Lottery is proud to be a major contributor to the Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC). WSAC works tirelessly to expand educational opportunities across the state, focusing on underserved communities and low-income families. Their efforts are bolstered by the Lottery's investments, making college dreams a reality for many Washington students.

The Washington Lottery offers a variety of exciting games, including Mega Millions, Powerball, and Lotto.

Play responsibly, and good luck!
