North Carolina Lottery players prepare for big wins

2024 is going to be a lucky year for Tar Heel State lottery players because the North Carolina Lottery is offering lots of opportunities to win. Here are some of the highlights of the games and promotions that will be on the lottery menu for the coming year.

New instant-win games every first Tuesday

The first Tuesday of every month in 2024 will see the launch of new scratch-off games. You'll also see some of your old favorites coming back in February. As of April, two second-chance drawings will be offered with the $10 Ultimate Dash instant-win game. These will give players an opportunity to take a ride around the Charlotte Motor Speedway circuit, win cool merchandise, and have a chance at grabbing a $2 million prize.

Digital instants get a boost

Because digital instant games have become so popular with players in the Tar Heel State, the North Carolin Lottery is introducing the first Progressive Jackpot for digital instant games -both the Wheel of Bonuses and the Bison Bonanza digital instant game. These games will also have three different jackpot levels.
