The Land of Enchantment Lottery has launched a cookbook contest that gives New Mexican entrants an opportunity to win $1,000. The competition has been designed ready for a 2024 instant win game that will feature a celebrity chef. Anyone over the age of 18 can enter. Winning entries will win a prize and be featured in the Lottery Favorites Cookbook.

Three top entrants will win a $1,000 prize, and up to sixty entrants will receive prizes of $50 worth of lottery bucks and a lucky Lottery apron. Each of the winning recipes will be published in the Lottery Favorites Cookbook, which will be available to everyone as a free e-book.

You can enter your favorite recipe, whether handed down from your great-great-grandmother or you concocted it today. The recipe categories include:

  • Appetizers
  • Breakfast
  • Lunch
  • Dinner
  • Sides
  • Desserts

On the entry form, you will be asked to describe what makes your recipe unique, list your ingredients, preparation instructions, and the number of servings the recipe provides. You also have the option of uploading up to three tantalizing photos of your dish.

Rules of the cookbook competition

  • The recipe must be unique and created by you.
  • It should not infringe on or violate any copyrights.
  • It should not have been published anywhere else.
  • You must own all complete worldwide rights to the recipe.

You can see more detailed rules and regulations on the New Mexico Lottery website.

The deadline for recipe entries is January 3, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. MT.

Pink Panther Crossword Second-Chance Promotion

You can enter your non-winning Pink Panther Crossword scratch-offs to play a digital crossword game for a chance to win $15,000 or an instant win of $100,000 worth of Tango Reward Link e-gift card.

Roadrunner Cash Holiday 2023 Promotion

You can play by purchasing a $5 Roadrunner Cash on ONE instant ticket. You will automatically receive a promotional voucher with an 8-digit serial number. Enter your serial number on the New Mexico Lottery website to see if you’ve won. The prize drawing will be conducted on December 6, 2023, and fifteen entrants will win $2,000.
