Minnesota player holding $1 million Powerball ticket as jackpot leaps to $687 million

Check your Powerball tickets, Minnesota Lottery players. Although there was no jackpot winner in Monday night's drawing, a lucky player is holding a $1 million winning ticket.

The ticket was purchased from Falls Standard Inc., located at 225 Highway 63, in Zumbro Falls, for the March 18 drawing; the winning numbers were 10, 17, 20, 39, 44, and Powerball number 16.

If you are the lucky Minnesota winner, you must travel to the Minnesota Lottery Headquarters in Roseville to claim your prize. The winner has the option to remain anonymous, and unless they choose to do public, their name and city will not be released to the media. As of September 2021, the names and cities of residence of winners of a prize of more than $10,000 are private data.

Tonight's Powerball drawing

The jackpot for tonight's drawing has reached a grand total of $687 million. Lottery players throughout the U.S. are crossing their fingers and hoping that they will be the lucky Powerball jackpot winner. If you haven't already purchased a Powerball ticket for tonight's drawing, you have until 9 p.m. tonight to do so.

Unclaimed top-tier Powerball prizes

Multiple Powerball prizes over $100,000 are still unclaimed. Check your tickets to see if you're a winner:

  • $2 million Iowa: This ticket is a match 5 with Power Play for the November 25, 2023, drawing. It was purchased from Clinton Liquor, located at 1641 S Bluff Blvd, Clinton. The winning numbers are 27, 33, 63, 66, 68, and Powerball number 9. This ticket will expire on May 23, 2024.
  • $150,000 Colorado: This ticket is a match 4 with Powerball and Power Play for the December 27, 2023, drawing. It was purchased from National Essentials, located at 8100 Pena Blvd, in Denver. The winning numbers are 4, 11, 38, 52. 68, and Powerball number 5. This ticket will expire on June 24, 2024.
  • $100,000 Missouri: This ticket is a Match 4 plus Powerball with Power Play for the March 2, 2024, drawing. It was purchased from Casey's, located at 403 N. Missouri Street in Potosi. The winning numbers are 3, 18, 27, 36, 53, and Powerball number 12. This ticket will expire on August 29, 2024.
  • $100,000 Illinois: This ticket is a Match 4 plus Powerball with Power Play for the September 10, 2023, drawing. The ticket was purchased from Road Ranger #211,7500, located at East Riverside in Loves Park. The winning numbers are 11, 19, 29, 63, 68, and Powerball number 25. This ticket will expire on September 9, 2024.
  • $100,000 Montana: This ticket is a Match 4 plus Powerball with Power Play for the March 16, 2024, drawing. The ticket was purchased from Town Pump Of Bozeman #2, located at 2525 N 19th Avenue in Bozeman. The winning numbers are 12, 23, 44, 57, 61, and Powerball number 5. This ticket will expire on September 18, 2024.
  • $1 million Kansas: This ticket is a Match 5 for the September 27, 2023, drawing. The ticket was purchased in South Central Kansas. The winning numbers are 1, 7, 46, 47, 63, and Powerball number 7.
