Ending date announced for three Iowa scratch-off games

Check your deadline for three of the Hawkeye State’s scratch-off ticket games. On March 4, 2024, sales will be ending for White Elephant, Four Corners Crossword, and Summer Fun instant win games. If you have any unclaimed prizes, you must claim them by that date. Meanwhile, you can still play these fun scratch-off games.

How to play

Here’s a rundown on how to play these scratch-off games while you still can:

White Elephant

White Elephant is a $1 instant win ticket with a maximum prize of $1,000. To play, you simply scratch off the 9 holiday baubles to reveal prize amounts. If you match three amounts, you win that prize. The prize range is $1, $2, $3, $5, $10, $15, $30, $50, and $1,000.

Four Corners Crossword

Crossword puzzlers will love Four Corners Crossword. It’s a fun way to win cash with a maximum prize of $20,000. To play you must scratch off your 18 letters then scratch off the letters in the Main Puzzle and the Corner Puzzles that match your letters. In the Main Puzzle, count the number of words you’ve completed with your letters. If you match three or more, you win the prize shown in the Main Puzzle Prize Legend. In the Corner Puzzles, if you match every letter shown with your letters, you win the Corner Puzzle prize. You must play each Corner Puzzle separately. It cannot be combined or played with the Main Puzzle.

The prize range is $2, $4, $5, $20, $15, $30, $60, $100, $300, $2,000, and $20,000.

Summer Fun

Grab your $2 Summer Fun game before the summer is over and win up to $10,000. It’s easy to play. All you have to do is scratch off the 10 summer holiday symbols to reveal a sunshine symbol. You win the prize shown with that symbol. The prize range is $1, $3, $5, $20, $15, $20, $100, $200, $10,000.

The Iowa Lottery replaces closing games with new games throughout the year. Keep an eye out for forthcoming Iowa instant-win games. You’ll find a complete list of all the current Iowa scratch-off games on the official Iowa Lottery website.

Holiday instant win games

Though these seasonal instant win games are ending soon. You have a chance to win big this festive season with Iowa Holiday instant win games, including:

  • Ho Ho Ho Fa La: Win up to $100,000 with this $10 scratch-off ticket.
  • Holiday 50X The Money: Win up to $100,000 with this $10 scratch-off ticket.
  • Holiday $500s: Win up to $500 with this $5 scratch-off ticket.
  • 'Tis The Season: Win up to $30,000 with this $3 scratch-off ticket.
  • Oh Ca$hmas Tree: Win up to $10,000 with this $2 scratch-off ticket.

All non-winning tickets from these instant-win games are eligible for entry into Play It Again and for a chance to win up to $500,000 in holiday cash.

The Iowa Lottery
