Pennsylvania Lottery's Second-Chance drawings for 2024

You only get a second chance on Valentine's Day with the Pennsylvania Lottery.

The Pennsylvania Lottery has launched the 2024 Perfect Match Second-Chance Drawing.

You can enter non-winning Valentine's Day-themed instant-win tickets for a chance to win one of $210,000 worth of prizes, including money to play the Keystone State Lottery online. This marks the Pennsylvania Lottery's fifth annual Valentine's Day-themed Second-Chance Drawing.

Between now and February 15, 2024, you can enter the following non-winning instant-win and Fast Play tickets:

  • My Cherry on Top: This is a $2 scratch-off ticket with a top prize of $14,000.
  • You Make My Heart Skip a Beat: This is a $5 scratch-off card with a top prize of $100,000.
  • Love Struck: This is a $1 scratch-off card with a top prize of $14,000.
  • Lava You Lots: This is a $5 scratch-off card with a top prize of $40,000.
  • Struck By Cupid: This is a $1 scratch-off card with a top prize of $14,000.
  • Love Is Sweet: This is a $2 scratch-off ticket with a top prize of $14,000.

When you enter the second-chance drawing, you could win one of four top prizes of $10,000, one of ten prizes of $2,000, plus a chance to win one of 50 prizes of $100 to play online.

How to play Valentine's Day-themed Second-Chance Drawing

You can enter by adding your non-winning ticket information at the Pennsylvania Lottery VIP Players Club or by using the official PA Lottery app to scan your ticket. Each non-winning You Make My Heart Skip a Beat, and Lava You Lots ticket you submit will receive five second-chance entries. For each non-winning My Cherry on Top and Love is Sweet ticket you submit, you will receive two entries. For each non-winning Love Struck and Struck by Cupid ticket you submit, you will receive one entry.

The Pennsylvania Lottery has also released the following new instant-win and Fast Play tickets:

Fast Play

  • Monopoly Free Parking Progressive: This is a $10 Fast Play game with three chances to win the progressive jackpot.

Instant-win

  • Bonus Star Bingo: This is a $3 scratch-off ticket with top prizes of $50,000.
  • $1 Million Moneybag Crossword: This is a $1 scratch-off ticket with top prizes of $1 million.
  • Monopoly Own It All: This is a $50 scratch-off ticket with top prizes of $5 million.

About the Pennsylvania Lottery

The Pennsylvania Lottery launched its first game in 1972. Since then, it has contributed more than $35.1 billion to benefit programs throughout the state, including local services provided by the 52 Area Agencies on Aging, low-cost prescription programs Pace and Pacenet, free and reduced-fare transportation services, and rent and property tax rebates. The Pennsylvania Lottery is the only state lottery that allocates all its proceeds to programs that benefit older residents.
