The New Hampshire Lottery is giving players something brand new to spin about. A first-of-its-kind digital game has just landed, promising more choices, more excitement, and a twist on the classic instant-play format. But what exactly makes this game so different, and why are lottery insiders calling it a breakthrough?

First-of-its-kind game

We have a first in the eInstant game world, and the New Hampshire Lottery is excited to be introducing this new digital game to its lottery players.

The New Hampshire Lottery has become the first operator to launch Wheel Spin Spectacular, which is the latest new eInstant game from Instant Win Gaming (IWG).

This new game has been described as a breakthrough for the lottery sector. Marking the first-ever digital instant to blend wheel spins with player choice features.

What does this mean for players?

While eInstant games have been available to New Hampshire Lottery players, the Wheel Spin Spectacular game is different. This digital game is giving players the chance to select from multipliers and bonus features.

The game features a spinning wheel mechanic, which is designed to deliver a varied experience on every play. The game will help boost engagement across both casual and established audiences.

“Wheel Spin Spectacular introduces a new style of play for our eInstant portfolio,” said Kelley-Jaye Cleland, Chief Product and Programme Officer, New Hampshire Lottery. “The game combines a classic wheel mechanic with interactive features that we believe will appeal to both existing players and new audiences. We appreciate IWG’s partnership in developing this innovative addition to our lineup.”

Access to fresh content

The debut of Wheel Spin Spectacular for the New Hampshire Lottery aligns with IWG’s bigger commitment to innovation across the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries (NASPL) and World Lottery Association (WLA) member lotteries.

IWG wants to ensure that its partners have access to fresh content that both entertains players and contributes to good-cause funding.

Jason Lisiecki, Executive Vice President, IWG, said. “We are thrilled to see the New Hampshire Lottery becoming the first to introduce Wheel Spin Spectacular. This game represents the next evolution of eInstants, combining familiar gameplay mechanics with innovative features that will resonate with players. We look forward to bringing this exciting new format to lotteries worldwide.”

New Hampshire Lottery history

Between 1953 and 1963, State Representative Larry Pickett proposed a sweepstakes bill five times. He finally got it passed in 1963.

On April 30, 1963, Governor John King signed the bill. Then cities and towns across the state voted by special ballot, with 198 of the state’s 211 communities voting in favor of starting a lottery. On March 12, 1964, just two days after the vote, sweepstakes tickets went on sale.

This made New Hampshire the first modern U.S. state lottery. The mission of the state lottery is to maximize revenues for aid to public education by providing secure and entertaining gaming products to its players.

Enjoy playing the New Hampshire Lottery, and please remember to play responsibly.
