Nebraska Lottery brings back Cash Blast

The Nebraska Lottery has brought back one of lottery players’ favorite games – Cash Blast. You can win prizes of $5,000 and $500 each week in this 2by2 promotion. The game launched on February 14, 2024.

How to enter Cash Blast

Each time you purchase a $1 2by2 ticket, you will receive a voucher that has a seven-digit Prize Voucher number. You can enter your number at nelottery.com through your MVP Club account. Eligible 2x2 Tuesday tickets that have seven drawings could win double prizes in this contest with the Bonus Cash award feature. You have from now until April 3, 2024, to enter your voucher numbers. The drawing will be held on April 4, 2024.

How to play 2by2

2by2 is a lottery draw game that costs $1 per play. To play 2by2, pick two red numbers between 1 and 26 and two white numbers between 1 and 26. If you don’t want to choose your own numbers, you can select a 2by2 Quick Pick. You can select up to five different sets of numbers on each play slip. You can also purchase the same numbers for up to 28 consecutive drawings (4 weeks’ worth of games) by checking the multi-draw option on your play slip. You can purchase up to 12 multi-draws.

You can purchase 2by2 tickets from 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. (Central Time) any day of the week except from 9:00 p.m. to 9:03 p.m.. Drawings are held seven days a week. The winning numbers are announced each evening in time for the ten o'clock news.

2by2 Tuesday

If you buy a ticket for 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, 49, 56, 63, 70, 77, or 84 ( any multi-draw that is divisible by 7) consecutive multi-draws, your ticket qualifies for the free 2by2 Tuesday feature.

Free Quick Pick prize

If you match either one red or one white ball, you win one free 2by2 Quick Pick play. On Tuesdays, you win two free 2by2 Quick Pick plays. Your Quick Pick free plays will be good for the next drawing. You cannot pick your own numbers for the free play prize.

How the lottery helps Nebraska

Since it was launched in 1993, the Nebraska Lottery has raised more than $965 million for its beneficiaries. These include the Nebraska Environmental Trust, public education, the Nebraska State Fair, and the Compulsive Gamblers Assistance Fund.
