Some weekends are just luckier than others — especially for Cash4Life players in Florida and Virginia. This past weekend saw not one, not two, but three life-changing wins, with prizes paying out every day or every week for life.

Whether it was a jackpot hit in Jacksonville, a second-tier win in Orlando, or another big prize in Virginia, these lucky players are now set for steady payouts for years to come. Here's how the winning weekend unfolded.

Winning Friday in Florida

The weekend kicked off with a bang for Florida Lottery players, as the Cash4Life draw game brought two big winners to the state. For the March 21 drawing, the winning white ball numbers were 1, 7, 9, 11, and 13, and the Cash Ball was 3.

Up first, one lucky ticket matched all of the winning numbers in that drawing to win the top prize, which is $1,000/day for life. The winning ticket was purchased at Winn Dixie #174, located at 12777 Atlantic Boulevard in Jacksonville.

The lucky winner, who has not yet come forward to claim their prize, picked their own numbers on the winning ticket.

During that same drawing on March 21, there was another lucky ticket sold in Florida that matched all of the winning white ball numbers but missed out on the Cash Ball. For matching all of the winning white balls, they won the second-tier prize, which is $1,000/week for life.

This winning ticket was purchased at Publix #1501, located at 4042 S. Semoran Boulevard in Orlando. This lucky winner has not yet come forward to claim their prize either, and they also picked their own numbers on the winning ticket.

Winning big in Virginia also

While the big Cash4Life wins were happening in Florida on Friday night, the fun (and winning) continued in Virginia on Sunday night. For the March 23 drawing, one lucky player from the Virginia Lottery matched all of the winning white balls drawn to also win the second-tier prize of $1,000/week for life.

For that drawing, the winning numbers were 2, 8, 22, 40, and 54, and the Cash Ball was 2. The lucky winner purchased their ticket online from the Virginia Lottery website.

Payout options

Now that these lucky players have all won lifetime prizes, they will have some options to make when they do head to their respective lottery headquarters to claim their winnings.

For the top prize winner, they won $1,000 per day for a lifetime. That means they can choose to get an annual payment of $365,000 for a minimum of 20 years or life, whichever is greater. However, they may also choose to get a one-time lump sum payment, which is equal to $7 million before taxes for this prize amount.

For the other two second-tier prize winners, they each won $1,000 per week for a lifetime. That means they can choose to get an annual payment of $52,000 for a minimum of 20 years or life, whichever is greater. If they don't want that option, they can also choose to get a one-time lump sum payment, which would be equal to $1 million before taxes for this prize amount.

Whichever option these lucky winners choose, they are all walking away with some big winnings! Enjoy playing the lottery, and please remember to play responsibly.
