Three Powerball players won $1 million prizes in Wednesday's drawing

Three lucky players won a $1,000,000 prize in the March 27, 2024, drawing. The winning numbers for that drawing were 37, 46, 57, 60, 66, and Powerball number 8.

Players in Arizona, Texas, and Pennsylvania matched the five white balls but did not match the Powerball number. A total of 44 players won the match 4 plus Powerball $50,000 prize. Of these players, 7 added the Power Play option to their ticket and doubled their prize to $100,000.  

The winners will not be known until they visit the claim center to validate their tickets and claim their prize. If you have a winning Powerball ticket, you have one year from the drawing date to claim your prize. 

The Powerball jackpot rolls over again for Saturday's drawing

The current Powerball jackpot has continued to roll over since it was last won on January 1, 2024. The winner of that jackpot, a Michigan player, claimed a $842.4 million prize. The winning numbers for that drawing were 

The next Powerball drawing will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2024. The estimated jackpot is $935 million, that's a cash value of $449.7 million. The drawing will be held at 10:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

Unclaimed Powerball tickets

Check your old Powerball tickets because there are several unclaimed tickets that will expire next month. These include:

  • Iowa: $50,000. This ticket is a Match 4 plus Powerball for the drawing on October 2, 2023. The numbers for this drawing were 12, 26, 27, 43, 47, and Powerball number 5. The ticket was purchased from Kum & Go #2093, Located At 409 Nile Kinnick Dr South In Adel. This ticket is due to expire on April 1, 2024.
  • Arizona: $50,000. This ticket is a Match 4 plus Powerball for the drawing on October 7, 2023. The numbers for this drawing were 47, 54, 57, 60, 65, and Powerball number 19. This ticket is due to expire on April 4, 2024.
  • Arizona: $50,000. This ticket is a Match 4 plus Powerball for the drawing on October 9, 2023. The numbers for this drawing were 16, 34, 46, 55, 67, and Powerball number 14. This ticket is due to expire on April 6, 2024.
  • Louisiana: $50,000. This ticket is a Match 4 plus Powerball for the drawing on October 9, 2023. The numbers for this drawing were 16, 34, 46, 55, 67, and Powerball number 14. The winning ticket was purchased from the Piggly Wiggly located at 8410 Highway 182 in Opelousas. This ticket is due to expire on April 6, 2024.
  • Arizona: $50,000. This ticket is a Match 4 plus Powerball for the drawing on October 11, 2023. The winning numbers for this drawing were 22, 24, 40, 52, 64, and Powerball number 10. This ticket is due to expire on April 8, 2024.
