If you're a Pennsylvania lottery player and you recently purchased a Cash 5 ticket from the Hazle Mini Mart located at 1136 State Route 940, Hazle Township, it's time to check your ticket.

The winning ticket worth $400,000 for the drawing on Friday, April 19, matched all five balls drawn. The winning numbers were 3, 6, 21, 28, and 32.

If you are the winning ticket holder, you have one year to claim your prize, which gives you until April 19, 2025. Contact your nearest lottery office for more information on how to claim your prize, or call 1-800-692-7481.

How to play Cash 5

Cash 5 costs $2 per play. You can find play slips at your local lottery retailer, or you can play using your mobile lottery app. To play, you must choose five numbers between 1 and 43. If you don't wish to select your own numbers, you can check the Quick Pick option, and the computer will generate random numbers for you.

You must match all five numbers to win the Cash 5 progressive jackpot, but you can also win prizes by matching fewer numbers. If you play Cash 5 with Fast Cash, you also have a chance to win $2 or $6 instantly.
