Check your raffle ticket numbers

This week’s winning ticket numbers are 00139398 and 00142958. The tickets were drawn from among more than 48,100 Millionaire Raffle tickets sold between November 21 and November 27, 2023. They were purchased from Crafton Giant Eagle, located at 51 Walsh Road, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, and Country Fair, located at 8080 Peach St., Erie, Erie County.

Are you a winner?

You can find out if you’re a winner by scanning your raffle ticket using the Pennsylvania Lottery app or at your local lottery retailer. If you haven’t won yet, hold onto your Millionaire Raffle ticket, as there are still more weekly drawings to come:

  • Drawing 6: Takes place from December 12 to December 18. Winners will be announced on December 26.
  • Drawing 7: Takes place from December 19 to December 25. Winners will be announced on January 2.
  • Drawing 8: Takes place from December 26 to January 1, 2024. Winners will be announced on January 6.

You cannot claim your Weekly Drawing prize by mail or at a retailer. You must claim your prize in person, with your original ticket from a Pennsylvania Lottery office.

How to play the Millionaire Raffle

You can enter the Pennsylvania New Year’s Millionaire Raffle by purchasing a ticket from your local lottery retailer for $20. Each ticket has a unique eight-digit raffle number. The numbers are issued sequentially throughout the state from the Pennsylvania Lottery’s central computer. A maximum of 500,00 Millionaire Raffle tickets will be sold. When the sales deadline is reached, or the final raffle number is sold (whichever comes first), no additional tickets will be available for purchase. The winning numbers will be drawn from all the numbers sold. It is possible to win twice with the Weekly Drawing and the Millionaire Raffle main drawing, which takes place on January 6, 2024.

The total range of prizes for the Millionaire Raffle main drawing includes:

  • 4 top prizes of $1 million
  • 4 second prizes of $100,000
  • 100 third prizes of $1,000
  • 5,892 fourth prizes of $100
