All good things have to come to an end and that is the case for six scratch-off games in Mississippi.

The Mississippi Lottery Corporation recently announced the official end-date and the 2nd Chance promotional drawing date for six of the state’s scratch-off games.

Last day to purchase

In a press release from the Mississippi Lottery, they announced the last day to purchase tickets from six of the state’s scratch-off games would be Friday, March 29, 2024. The games coming to an end are:

  • Game #72 – $5 Power 5X with a top prize of $100,000
  • Game #90 – $5 Sizzling Hot 7’s with a top prize of $100,000
  • Game #105 – $2 $20,000 Multiplier Mania with a top prize of $20,000
  • Game #106 – $5 $100,000 Multiplier Mania with a top prize of $100,000
  • Game #107 – $10 $200,000 Multiplier Mania with a top prize of $200,000
  • Game #114 – $2 9’s in a Line with a top prize of $20,000

For those players who are lucky enough to purchase a winning ticket, you have until Thursday, June 27, 2024, to redeem your prizes for these games.

2nd Chance promotional drawing details

For the 2nd Chance promotional drawings, the Mississippi Lottery is giving away more than $500,000 in prizes.

If you want to take part in the 2nd Chance promotional drawing for these six games that are ending, you will have until Thursday, June 27, 2024, to enter your non-winning tickets to qualify. The actual drawing will take place on Tuesday, July 2, 2024.

For further details after the drawing has taken place, players can check out the Mississippi Lottery Corporation’s 2nd Chance website. If you happen to be one of the lucky winners in that drawing, the lottery offices will contact you via certified letter.

How to enter 2nd Chance promotional drawings

To enter these 2nd Chance promotional drawings, players must first register an online account at the Mississippi Lottery website. Once registered, players can enter their eligible non-winning scratch-off tickets into the 2nd Chance promotional drawings and get a chance to win the last top prize in that game.

To find out what games are eligible for the 2nd Chance promotional drawings, just log into your account and you can view which scratch-off games are eligible. To enter a drawing, players can enter the codes of their non-winning scratch-off ticket identified on the entry page. Samples of the required ticket information will appear on the “Enter Tickets” screen.

Players cannot mail in their non-winning tickets to be entered. Everything must be completed on the 2nd Chance promotional drawing website portal and the lottery cannot enter on a player’s behalf.
