Scott Jaworski from Cadillac recently won a $100,000 prize from the 500X Money Maker Second Chance. The 48-year-old told the Michigan Lottery that his win was going to change his life.

Scott was selected randomly in the January 18 drawing. He had earned entries into the Secon Chance giveaway by entering his non-winning 500X Money Maker scratch-off tickets in the Michigan Lottery app.

He explained that he plays 500X Money Maker regularly and always scans his non-winning tickets for the second chance promotion:

I couldn't believe it when I got a call from the lottery telling me I won $100,000! I didn't hear anything else the lottery employee said after I heard $100,000 because I was so shocked. I'm still waiting for it to sink in. Winning is a huge relief and is going to be life-changing.

Scott recently collected his winnings from the lottery headquarters and intends to use them to pay his bills, repair his motorcycle, and make some investments.

How to play 500X Money Maker

This is a $50 instant-win game with a top prize of $6 million. You can win up to 50 times. To play, remove the six dollar symbols to reveal the winning numbers. Then, remove the 45 stacks of cash to reveal your numbers. If any of your numbers match the winning numbers, you win the prize amount shown by that number. If you see a 2X symbol, you double your prize money. If you see a 10X symbol, your prize is multiplied ten times. A 100X symbol multiplies your prize by 100 times and a 500X by 500 times. Scratch off the Win All Number, and if any of your numbers match the number revealed, you win all 45 prizes shown on the ticket. Next, remove the Fast cash spots; if you reveal a star symbol, you win the prize amount shown instantly.
