A lucky Georgia Powerball player has a winning ticket worth $1 million from the drawing on Saturday, April 27.

The winning numbers were 9, 30, 53, 55, 62, and Powerball number 23. The winning ticket was purchased from the Chevron Food Shop located at 4341 Roswell Rd, Atlanta. There were no jackpot winners in Saturday's drawing, and no one matched 5 plus the Power Play. One other player from New Jersey matched 5 balls to win $1 million. Nine players won prizes of $50,000, and two of them with Power Play had their prizes increased to $150,000.

The next Powerball drawing will take place tonight at 11 p.m. Eastern time. The jackpot has rolled over for an estimated prize of $165 million. That's a cash value of $74.9 million. 

Georgia Lottery Family Feud promotion

You could win a chance to participate in a live taping of the Family Feud TV game show hosted by Steve Harvey. During the event, the winner will have a chance to win between $5,000 and $50,000. To participate in this promotion, enter eligible non-winning scratch-off tickets before the drawing date on May 5, 2024.

Five lucky winners will receive the complete prize package, which includes:

  • Free admission for the winner and one guest to a live taping of the Family Feud TV show. The taping will occur around the Spring of 2025 at a location in Georgia.
  • Two nights in a double hotel room at a 3-star hotel in Atlanta.
  • A private dinner for the winner and their guest on the night before the show taping and breakfast and lunch for the winner and their guest on the day of the event.
  • Ground transportation for the winner and their guest to and from their hotel and hosted events.
  • $1,000 travel allowance and spending money of the winner.
  • Two exclusive event gift bags.
