The Iowa Lottery has partnered with the Des Moines Arts Festival to give lottery players an opportunity to win an Ultimate Art Experience prize.
Iowa Lottery VIP Club members can now enter their non-winning Pocket Change scratch tickets for a chance for ten lucky winners to get their hands on this exclusive prize.
The Ultimate Art Experience prize package
The Des Moines Arts Festival takes place on June 28-30, 2024. The prize includes:
- One night at the Surety Hotel in downtown Des Moines, with hotel parking for Saturday, June 29, 2024.
- $1,000 in Art Bucks to use towards any art purchases at the festival.
- Two Iowa Lottery Lounge seats for the June 29 concert at the Des Moines Art Festival, including VIP parking.
- A meet and greet with the band (the band will be announced at the beginning of May).

Pocket Change is a $3 instant-win game with a top prize of $30,000. To play, remove the 25 silver coin symbols. Add up the total of the 5 coins in each vertical, horizontal, or diagonal line. If the total amount of the line equals $1 or more, you win the prize shown at the end of the line. If the total amount of the diagonal line equals $1 or more, you win five times the amount for that line. Each line is played separately.
