Something magical is happening at Florida's Publix stores, and it's not the fresh bakery smell or the legendary subs. For the second time this month, a Cash4Life ticket purchased at a Publix store has hit the game's elusive top prize: $1,000 a day for life.

This time, the winning ticket was sold in Stuart, turning an ordinary grocery stop into a multimillion-dollar moment. With a growing streak of life-changing wins linked to the supermarket chain, Florida Lottery players are watching Publix tickets a little more closely this summer.

Cash4Life top prize winner

Florida Lottery officials announced that one lucky ticket purchased in Stuart won the top prize in the Cash4Life drawing held on Monday, June 23. That ticket, purchased at Publix, matched all the winning numbers drawn to win the top prize of $1,000 a day for life.

The winning numbers for the June 23 drawing were 2, 11, 18, 24, and 32, and the Cash Ball was 1. The winning ticket was a quick pick ticket and sold at the Publix located on Southeast Federal Highway in Stuart.

What to do if you're holding the winning ticket

Are you holding the winning ticket from last night's Cash4Life drawing? If so, you have options on how you want to collect your winnings.

The lucky winner can claim the prize as a one-time lump sum payment, which is equal to $7 million before taxes. They can also choose to receive annuity payments of $365,000 before taxes for a minimum of 20 years.

In Florida, winners who choose for a single-payment cash option have to claim the prize within the first 60 days after the draw date. If they choose the annuity option, they have 180 days from the draw date to claim their winnings.

Winning year for Florida Cash4Life players

Cash4Life players in Florida have had a pretty lucky 2025. The win last night happens to be the second time in June that a ticket purchased in the Sunshine State has won the $1,000 a day for life prize. On June 9, another ticket purchased at a Publix in Weston also won the top prize.

Publix happens to be the spot to buy these winning tickets, as four out of the five Cash4Life winning tickets sold in 2025 were sold at Publix:

  • $1,000 a day for life winner on June 23 sold at Publix in Stuart.
  • $1,000 a day for life winner on June 9 sold at Publix in Weston, and the prize remains unclaimed.
  • $1,000 a week for life winner on April 1 sold at Publix in Hialeah, and the winner opted for the cash option of $1 million.
  • $1,000 a week for life winner on March 21 sold at Publix in Orlando, and the winner opted for the cash option of $1 million.
  • $1,000 a day for life winner on March 21 sold at Winn Dixie in Jacksonville, and the winner opted for the cash option of $7 million.

Enjoy playing the Florida Lottery, and please remember to play responsibly.
